By advocating a focus on goal setting and attainment, the program challenges its clients to take their place in the community as productive, contributing and vital individuals.

What is partial care
Partial Care program is a treatment option that allows patients to participate in recovery for five days a week. Partial care program are for those who require the following:
- Psychiatric stabilization
- Medication Monitoring
- A program to bridge a gap between inpatient and outpatient treatment

-Psychoeducation: Patients learn about their mental illness and learn ways to cope with their symptoms
-Psychiatric Services: Monmouth Partial Care has a psychiatric APN on staff to prescribe medications when needed and receive medication monitoring
-Case management: Patients will be assigned a case manager to assist the patient with case management needs such as assisting with community resources
